Please contact us to arrange a return or exchange of your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase and the item must remain in its original condition. Unfortunately, special orders and items that have been installed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your item has been received and inspected, Edward Martin will issue a credit, exchange or refund for the purchase price of the product. All applicable taxes paid at the time of purchase will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there is evidence of manufacturer defects or damage caused during transit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence by the client. Any product that is returned in a used condition will not be accepted for an exchange or refund, so please make sure that all products are returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.
